What we do

Created in 2000, Gallions Housing Association manage over 5200 homes within London and the South East. More than just a social landlord we create and maintain sustainable communities, that meet the unique needs of our residents. We have over 200 dedicated staff, each bringing expert knowledge and specialist skills to our organisation and our neighbourhoods.

Widely recognised as a dynamic and outstanding neighbourhood manager, we work closely with local people and partner organisations to deliver real results. Our residents are at the centre of everything we do and we continue to improve and develop our service in response to the communities we serve.

With major regeneration projects, ground breaking development sites and the multi-award winning Ecopark supporting our ambitious growth plans, we continue to thrive.
