Policies and procedures

We have numerous policies and procedures in place to ensure that our organisation delivers high quality services to our residents and continues to develop and improve. Some of our key policies and procedures are available to download below and further information is available from our customer contact team on 0800 83 84 81.

Anti-Social Behaviour Policy

Gallions is committed to creating sustainable communities where all residents can live free from anti-social behaviour. We work in partnership with other professional agencies to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner and will take further action if required to do so.

Residents can report anti-social behaviour in a number different ways, including contacting a dedicated anti-social behaviour hotline or emailing our specialist team. If you are a resident and would like to inform us about an incident of anti-social behaviour visit the contact page.

Our anti-social behaviour policy is currently under review, please contact our Neighbourhood Services Team on 0800 83 84 81 for more information about how we tackle anti-social behaviour in our neighbourhoods.

Complaints and Comments

We welcome feedback from our customers about the service we provide. We aim to provide an excellent service at all times so we take complaints, suggestions and compliments seriously. We use your comments to improve the service we offer to all residents.

View our Complaints Policy to discover more about our complaints process and how we monitor the comments we receive.

Equal Opportunities and Diversity

Equality and diversity lies at the heart of everything we do as a housing provider, an employer, a provider of services and a community leader. We value the diversity of our neighbourhoods and believe that our equality agenda will benefit the whole community.

Our Equal Opportunities Policy sets out the steps that Gallions will take to develop equality of opportunity.

For more information about equality and diversity or to join our panel call Audrey Phillips on 0800 83 84 81.

Planned Maintenance Programming

Gallions proactively invests in its stock through scheduled maintenance programmes. We are committed to ensuring that our homes meet all relevant health and safety standards and maintain our stock to secure future sustainability.

More information about our planned maintenance process can be found in our Planned Maintenance Programming Policy.
