Our Company Structure

We want to offer the best service to our customers now and in the future so we have made sure we have the right people in the right positions to help our company grow.

The Gallions Housing Association Board, associated Committee Groups and our Executive Team work together to ensure that Gallions retains its position as a leading investment agency in the South East.

Our Board members are volunteers and contribute their time and diverse skills and experience free of charge. Our customers also elect a resident Board member to represent their views on the Board.

Members of our Executive Team are willing to share their expert knowledge on a number of topics with you, including managing successful neighbourhoods, strategic transformation, EcoHomes, risk management in RSLs and obtaining Investors in People.
