Fred Angole MSC FCCA - Director of Resources 

Fred joined Gallions Housing Association as Director of Resources in 2001. He is responsible for Financial Services, Information Technology, Income Management and Audit & Risk Management.

Prior to joining Gallions, Fred was Finance and Operations Director at Presentation Housing Association, where he spent five years.  He has also been a Senior Financial Supervision Officer at the Housing Corporation, which he joined after many years in senior financial management roles in the private sector.

In addition to considerable experience of financial management, Fred has been responsible for raising in excess of £100 million in private finance.  He has been involved in raising funds for social housing grant-funded programmes, regeneration projects and re-investment programmes.

He is a board member of a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and has been a member of the National Housing Federation’s Private Finance Panel and also a member of one of the Housing Corporation’s panels that reviewed Performance Standards.
