Debbie Viner - Director Business Support

Debbie is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people.

Debbie joined Gallions in August 2003 as Head of Human Resources and in October 2005 was promoted to the post of Director of Business Support with responsibility for Human Resources (HR), Governance, Marketing, Business Planning, Facilities Management and Health and Safety.

She has over ten years strategic HR management experience gained in both the private and public sectors.  Debbie has substantial experience and knowledge of the housing sector gained through her role of Head of HR at Swan Housing Group where she spent 3 years and gained many awards for innovation in training and development.

Within the private sector, Debbie was employed as Group Head of HR at Heath Lambert Insurance Brokers, Europe’s largest independent insurance broker. Prior to Heath Lambert she was employed at Marsons solicitors, a medium sized law firm with an established reputation for innovation and one of the most reputable law firms in the south east.
